Fraud charges dropped against Pyramid’s Steffen

Charges against the former owner of Pyramid Construction Co., John Steffen, were dropped today by a federal judge. Best known for rehabbing historic structures and lofts in South St. Louis and Downtown, the firm went belly up in 2008, leaving a wake of unfinished projects on their demise.
