$23 million Tower Grove Avenue, I-64 ramp

Long rumored among those in the Forest Park Southeast (The Grove)and Central West End neighborhoods, Eastbound traffic will soon have another access point to Interstate 64 (Highway 40) at Tower Grove and Boyle Avenues. This ramp will  Costing approximately $23 million, the costs will be shared by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) and BJC Healthcare.
