Where have you seen this “Super Car”?

We have spotted  this high-riding, moving target two times in our fair city; once in Tower Grove South, and once  heading south on Jefferson @ Arsenal towards someplace extremely hip and dangerous we suspect.  Where In The Lou have you ever seen this outrageous ride?

    On Cherokee Street cruising the strip. I think the driver was looking for a car to run over. Bigfoot-style.
