4218 Connecticut Renovation: Before & After

4218 Connecticut Renovation: Before & After

When putting your own blood and sweat into a rehab project, at times you may find yourself questions why you took a project on in the first place. During the project, things can drag on for what seems like forever. But when the project is done and you can look back at the transformation you were a part of, it is good feeling. Whether you are doing the work on your own home, a rental or a fix-and-flip renovation, there is pride if turning something ugly into something beautiful.

I feel especially proud of these before and after pictures of my renovation project at 4218 Connecticut. I did most of the work, along with members of my family, and although the stress-level was high at times, in the end it was worth it.
