Eric Cords is the Property Manager at St. Louis Real Estate Society. He has been working in the real estate industry in one capacity or another since 2004. Delivering top-level service is important to him and he thrives in a diverse, fast-paced, management environment. Throughout his career in real estate he as accrued a multitude of skills including client relations, management operations, and creative problem solving.

Chicago born, Eric has made the St. Louis area his home since 2006. His real estate experience covers both the residential and commercial sides of the industry including leasing, sale & purchase of investment properties, and assisting with many notable projects in South St. Louis including the Temtor Lofts Building and the Grace Hill Schoolhouse in Carondelet. As a south city resident, Eric enjoys the historic architecture of the neighborhoods, Tower Grove Park, and the diverse cuisine found within blocks and in any direction. When he’s not working he can be found on the slopes, the fairway, or gardening in his backyard. His favorite thing to grow? FOOD!
