Missouri eviction reform

Landlords of Missouri, it is time to celebrate. Common-sense has finally won the day in terms of our eviction law. From now on, when an eviction occurs, there is actually a legal pathway to removing the tenants property thanks newly signed Senate Bill 231.

SLPS working with Charters

In a 180 from their previous policy of refusing to sell their fromers school buildings to Charter School Providers, the St. Louis Public School officially announced this morning that they are now willing to consider offers from Charter Schools on these buildings.

Looks like the powers that be are serious about reforming the schools. If this moves ahead it would be one of the most aggressive (and needed) moves in years.
