Position Summary

As a St. Louis Real Estate Society Agent, your primary focus will be working directly with buyers and sellers of properties which are primarily located in St. Louis City & County. Essentially, you’ll help buyers buy & sellers sell their homes. We will provide you with the clients, systems, and support you’ll need so that all you have to do is concentrate on providing exceptional customer service and closing the deal.

Primary Responsibilities

You will work as part of a team in which each member contributes and collaborates on different aspects of the real estate process. Specifically, your job will be facilitating the direct communication and interaction with the client. In other words, the majority of the work that you’ll do on a regular basis will be out on the town (or on the phone) rather than in the office.

Meanwhile, your teammates back in the office will be supporting you with consistent marketing and lead generation as well as transaction coordination to fully process the contracts you write and manage the deadlines that come with them.

Position Requirements

(Minimum standards required for this position)

  • Required: Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Required: Minimum of 1-year related work experience
  • Required: Valid MO Real Estate License
  • Required: Eligible for membership with the St. Louis Association of Realtors
  • Required: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle that complies with local & state laws
  • Required: Personal smartphone with internet, photo, email & texting capabilities
  • Preferred: Knowledge of and experience working in St. Louis City
  • Bonus: Experience working with investment properties: rehabs, rentals, etc.

Schedule & Compensation

  • We cover and provide:
    • Total Compensation Package – Salary, Commissions, and Benefits (Estimated Value of $78,107 to $96,608)
      • Scenario 1: $78,107 (Closing two $200,000 Sales a month)
      • Scenario 2: $96,608 (Closing three $200,000 Sales a month)
    • Base Salary and Commissions (Estimated Value of $54,180 – $67,140)
      • Scenario 1: $54,180
      • Scenario 2: $67,140
    • Agent Expenses – No more paying all the many recurring costs & fees of holding your license (Estimated Value of $1,790)
      • MARIS dues
      • SLAR/ MAR/ NAR dues
      • Continuing education costs

      • E & O insurance
    • Agent Services – We provide the following agent services as a part of the Society Team, at absolutely no cost to you (Estimated Value of $9,658 – $13,858)
      • Transaction Coordination for all contracts
