We are currently seeking new Property Management clients in South and Central St. Louis, Missouri, looking to run high-quality rental properties. Our fees are typically 10% of monthly rentals (high-dollar rent building and bulk discounts may apply) and a leasing fee for each unit rented ($500 minimum, with exact rate depending on unit).
